Terms and Conditions

  1. Price and Price Validity -1month
  2. This is an initial estimate, based on the Floor Plan and the requirements shared.
  3. The exact and final price of your project will depend on measurements, scope of work, and changes in designs/material/finishes. Based on these revisions, you can expect the quote to rise or drop.
  4. To move forward with the development of measurement-based designs, you will have to pay the booking amount of this estimate.
  5. This estimate does not include civil, plumbing, gas-piping, or electrical work.
  6. Back panels would be constructed of the same cabinet core material for all products.
  7. All shutters will have a HETTICH/HETTICH soft-close mechanism by default.
  8. The final payment has to be done on the day / within 2 days of delivery at the site and not after installation starts.
  9. Availability and pricing of all out-of-scope furniture are subject to change between the booking and production stages.
  10. The total price includes installation, transportation, design charges, and GST.
  11. The total price payable by you for the services shall be as per the final quotation sent to you by Homeverse Interior and accepted by you.
  12. The payment shall be made as per the following milestones (via cheque/demand draft/bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) only.
  13. 45-Day Delivery Guarantee.
  14. The Delivery Guarantee period will begin once you & Homeverse Interior project team give a sign-off on your final design, you have accepted the  Works Contract, and your payment of the second installment (50% of quote value) is received.
  15. If we don’t complete your project within 65 days, we will pay you compensation at the rate of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred) for every day of delay subject to the fulfillment of all the conditions for availing of 45 days guarantee.
  16. The client cannot hold on to the final payment payable to HOMEVERSE INTERIOR as per the agreed terms & Conditions for more than 7 days after the site is handed over (or work completion intimated) on the pretext/excuse of snags list or rectification works.
  17. Clients need to understand that after the handover & after they move into their new premises there will always be some or the other minor rectification works or some snags to be rectified.
  18. Team HOMEVERSE INTERIOR will always be available for such works and provide support to our clients for 60 days after the handover of the premises.
  19. Chimney, Sink, Hob, Gas Piping, and Granite along with the labor cost associated are not included in this quotation unless mentioned otherwise.
  20. Light Fittings, Geysers, Bathroom Fittings, Fans, and any other electrical fittings are not included in this quotation unless mentioned otherwise.
  21. Any product that is not added in this Quotation has to be assumed as a non-tendered product, a revised quote will be provided for the same.
  22. Alteration of the existing electrical wiring/points and plumbing wiring/points will be charged extra. Approx: 15-25K for 2BHK, 20-35K for 3BHK, 25-40K for 4BHK It varies as per the scope of work, it may reduce & even go beyond the mentioned approx cost.
  23. False ceiling cost doesn’t include wiring, light fixtures & painting costs unless mentioned otherwise.
  24. HOMVERSE Interior execution team takes the responsibility of moving debris to the garbage room of the apartment/villa premises. Moving debris outside premises will be charged Rs. 2000 per truckload.
  25. HOMEVERSE The Interior execution team takes the responsibility of cleaning the floor & interiors before moving out of the site. Deep cleaning services will be charged extra as per the vendor’s quote.
  26. Floor covering is not included as part of the quotation, if required, it will be charged extra at Rs. 8 per sq. ft.
  27. Products with a glossy finish on the ply board may have some uneven look and feel due to lighting effects.
  28. GST @18% is applicable on the bill, if not added in the quote.

    (Note: *All payments made by the Customer at any stage are non-refundable on termination for any reason or in any other event whatever. The Customer shall also not be entitled to claim any refund in case of termination of this Agreement by any party at any stage of the Agreement, for any reason whatsoever.

    *All project values in the estimate shared will be inclusive of taxes, which will be subject to change as per prevalent government tax rates/structure.

    *Any bank, payment gateway fees or processing fees shall be borne by the Customer as and when applicable.)

Warranty Policy

  1. 10 Years warranty from HOMVERSE Interior Subject to Below Mention T&C.
  2. First 1 year (Free placement).
  3. 5 years accessories Brand Warranty.

Terms & Conditions of Warranty

  1. The warranty is applicable only to modular furniture made and installed by Homeverse Interior which specifically carries the said warranty.
  2. A valid proof of purchase (invoice) or warranty card must be shown to avail the warranty. Upon approval of warranty claim, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable.
  3. Product with a value not higher than the price of the original product purchased. Due to material and finish variation the replaced product may not be an exact replica of the installed product.
  4. And there may be some variation due to batch differences in laminate, veneer or any other used material.
  5. In the event that repair work has been done to a product without any authorization from Homeverse Interior, the product’s warranty coverage is automatically deemed void.
  6. All modular furniture does not automatically come with a 5 year warranty, each part of the final product has a different warranty, unique to the product.
  7. The warranty applies only to such specific parts of the product and not to the whole assembled product.
  8. Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits the original purchasers of the product. If GST not considered, warranty we can claim.
  9. Plywood used by Homeverse Interior comes with a 5 year warranty against borer or termite attack on the plywood when used under regular conditions, this is applicable to plywood used in the project.

This Warranty Is Not Applicable

  1. To products or furniture that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, altered, misused, or cleaned with wrong methods of cleaning or cleaning products or material.
  2. Unusual wear and tear, scratches, cuts or damage caused by impacts or accidents or by abnormal or unintended use of the product or furniture.
  3. If products have been placed in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes or outdoors (unless otherwise stated). To consequential or incidental damages.
  4. The warranty is not absolute and is applicable only on the modular/Semi modular wood work done by Homeverse Interior.Our quality control teams decision on warranty, validity or damage is final and binding on the purchaser.
